Who we are

Nessa designs, builds and manages digital products. This notice covers the public website at nessa.uk. Our customer dashboard, Office Hub and Aegis have their own notices shown at sign-in.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we keep what you type (your name, email address, company, phone number, the services you chose and your answers), the page you sent it from, the page that referred you and any campaign or project-credit code in the address. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, then delete them.

If you tick the box for occasional news we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any message.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details with advertisers. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. The site sets no cookies for visitors; the enquiry form keeps your draft in your browser's session storage until you send it or close the tab.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored on Nessa's own systems in the United Kingdom and are visible only to the people at Nessa who handle them. Email is sent through our own mail service.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@nessa.uk. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
